Delivery Information – Time & Charges
We can deliver your goods within 48hrs once goods are in stock. However, if you wish to, you can arrange to pick up the goods from our warehouse at no cost.
We deliver to most areas around the Perth Metro Areas.
Delivery charges are based on the post code of delivery and will be provided once you enter the post code at checkout..
Although delivery charges are fixed , additional charges may apply in circumstances where normal site access is not available, if deliveries involve stairs or a lift or if the dwellings are not on a ground level. Please advise us at the time of sale of any unusual delivery circumstances so we can provide you with a quotation for any additional charge. Additional charges must be paid directly to the delivery driver.
We recommend that you choose a appropriate day for your delivery. Although we are unable to supply you with a specific time for delivery, we will provide you with an estimated time frame on the night prior to the delivery date. If there are any changes to delivery instructions or circumstances, we would atleast 48hrs notice prior to the delivery date.
At the time of delivery you or your representative will be asked to sign a form to acknowledge that the goods were delivered in a suitable condition. We will assume that anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods is authorised to receive them and provide acknowledgement.
